Joy Joy can not come from things outside you life, your life is here and now and that is where joy can be found. Joy is ever present in your weather you are aware of it or not, it is always there deep down covered by thoughts on life. Stop deriving you real self by every thought you take to be you, for you are not what you think. Your thoughts are just a personality of your being but not the real you. Look around you, you will see that it is not through thought that life on earth is produced. Look at the plant and try to find out if it has a brain, of course not, but how does it grow without being in anger? Find joy now and fear for joy will.....
